Response time

We commit to one business day on all three channels. Most replies land within a few hours during U.S. business hours (Pacific Time).

What helps us help you faster

When you write in, include:

  1. Your workspace ID (visible in /dashboard/admin/settings)
  2. The browser + OS you’re seeing the issue on
  3. The exact URL where the problem happens
  4. A screenshot if there’s a visible UI issue
  5. The timestamp (UTC) — we’ll match against logs

Vulnerability disclosure

We follow standard responsible disclosure. Email security@rubberfit.app with the issue, expected impact, and reproduction steps. We aim to acknowledge within 1 business day and patch within 30 days for high-severity issues.

We do not currently run a paid bounty program. If your disclosure leads to a meaningful improvement, we’ll thank you publicly (with permission) and credit you in the changelog.
